General Rules

No Footwear Inside

Please remove your footwear before entering the work area and keep them neatly arranged on the shoe rack. Any shoes left improperly will be confiscated.

Penalty: 500rb per retrieval

No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking/vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building, including restrooms and private rooms.

Penalty: 500rb per incident

Smoke/Vape Break Area

Smoking/vaping only allowed outside within the gates (e.g., car park). Keep clean and quiet.

Penalty: 500rb per incident

Praying Area

Keep the praying area neat and tidy at all times. Do not bring liquids.

Label Your Food

For refrigerator usage, please label your food items. Unlabeled items are discarded every 2 days.

Air Conditioning

AC runs 9:00AM–6:30PM. Do not manually turn AC on/off. Limited AC available during overtime.

Penalty: 500rb per incident

Mineral Water (Gallon)

Weekly cap: 8 gallons. Do not replace empty gallons yourself; contact building management.

Penalty: 500rb per incident

Take Care of the Space

Be mindful. Keep the building safe and in good condition. Avoid damaging any furniture or equipment.

Building Hours

Opening hours: 9:15AM–8:00PM. Complete the Overtime Request Form by 5:00PM. We will close at 8:00PM sharp if no request.

Parking Safety

Under construction. Ensure your motorcycle is securely locked within the gates. Management will not be responsible for loss/damage.

General Cleanliness

Do not litter; dispose waste in designated bins near toilets. Keep the workspace clean.

Keep desk tidy. Cleaning starts at 7.00PM. Items outside plug area may be disposed of. Store belongings properly; management not liable.

Keep dry; not a waterpark. Do not dispose trash or sanitary items in the toilet.

Spillage/Dirty Report

Report spills/stains promptly to Building Management. Regular patrols are in place, but your help will be appreciated on keeping the environment clean.

Refrigerator Usage

Avoid storing perishable items. Deep-clean on the first workday each month; remove items beforehand.

Notes

  • Partial construction ongoing; noise/disturbance minimized where possible.
  • Temporary prayer space provided at Level 1 while proper area is built.
  • Share feedback via Feedback and Suggestion Form.
